very relaxed atmosphere..
they do not have much tie up with agencies like providing interpretors.. which was not encouraging
-
great room, good food, helpful staff, everything was ok.

Plenty of room for four people. Located outside of main city, which is a blessing and a curse. We preferred the location because we were in a more quiet area and less congested. This can be a curse, however, if you need to go in and out of the city during business hours, as the traffic can be brutal.
The front desk did not follow through on two requests for taxi arrangements (and lost the address for one destination). The restaurant could offer daily additions to the menu. We stayed for five nights and the menu got a bit old. The restaurant is good, however they could also improve their wait service.

Exceptionally helpful front desk staff. Large and comfortable room. Great restaurant with surprisingly varied and inexpensive menu.
Not really in an area that lends to walking to see any sights.

Comfort, awesome breakfast.
Bathroom curtain too short, waters spills all over the bathroom. Guests have no control on the air extraction device in the bathroom.

Personnel are very kind, the hotel is new and clean, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Excellent place to stay.
-
Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms.
It is a 10mins taxi ride from main city center, it only cost 20bolivian peso, really nothing.
-
They failed to mention that on Mondays the pool area/spa and all other amenities are closed. This was critical and the basis of my booking

Very big rooms Clean
The location is awful if you come to La paz as a tourist. Its 45 min way from the airport by taxi (clearly, not 16 km away as they state) and 20 min away by taxi from the city center. If you are tourist this hotel is not convinient at all. There is no airport shuttle as they state, they only van call taxi for you as any other hotel. The most unpleasant is misleding statements they posted on Booked.net I had several unpleasant moments when staff entered to my room without even knocking. Breakfast is poor for 5 star. Hair dryers work for 2 mins then stop working for another 5-7,which is a pain if you have long hairs.

We only stayed one night because we were traveling to Puno, Peru. Every one was very friendly, my kids loved the swimming pool area and I loved the Restaurante, everything was fantastic. They had a salad and dessert buffet!! The tomato juice was really one of the best I ever tried :-) I would highly recommend this hotel, if traveling with children ask for the family suite!!

This hotel is amazing!! I travel from time to time with my family. This hotel is one of the best hotels at which I have ever stayed. We usually stay in Hilton hotels and Camino Real is as good or even better than any of those hotels. The staff is super efficient, helpful and attentive to any need. The rooms are big. I stayed in a suite with 3 children under 10 . We had a large dining area. The attention to detail was incredible as the room had kitchen utensils to medical attention. The location was very versatile. There was a mini market across the street, a pharmacy, phone center, car rental, etc all in walking distance. I do not have words to express how wonderful and safe this hotel was. I absolutely loved it!
The breakfast buffet could be improved.
