The breakfast was delicious and very very good, we liked variety of meals. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with front view and great WiFi and huge TV and care about everyone.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a walkable neighborhood with great staff who paid attention to the details. They even provided a boxed breakfast for my early morning flight. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant with a nice dinner menu. Being close to a teleferico station made it easy to explore the rest of the city. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to Copacabana. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in La Paz. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with incredible views over the mountains - truly breathtaking! Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from the friendly reception to the helpful concierge. Lastly, the basic amenities were top-notch, including the fast and reliable wifi. we were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and value for money.

Great attention to detail, like providing a boxed breakfast for early flights. Easily accessible to rest of the city via teleferico.

Plenty of room for four people. Located outside of main city, which is a blessing and a curse. We preferred the location because we were in a more quiet area and less congested. This can be a curse, however, if you need to go in and out of the city during business hours, as the traffic can be brutal.

The front desk did not follow through on two requests for taxi arrangements (and lost the address for one destination). The restaurant could offer daily additions to the menu. We stayed for five nights and the menu got a bit old. The restaurant is good, however they could also improve their wait service.

Comfort, awesome breakfast.

Bathroom curtain too short, waters spills all over the bathroom. Guests have no control on the air extraction device in the bathroom.

Personnel are very kind, the hotel is new and clean, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Excellent place to stay.
